"Derby" quickly became a Champion in both the AKC and the CKCSC going on to multiple groups wins, group placements, and ultimately winning BISS at the AKC National Specialty in 2003 judged by world renowned breeder judge Jeanie Montford, Australia. Derby was beautifully presented by Cindy Huggins for his BISS win. "Der" as he is affectionately called is behind our entire breeding program at Derbyrun~Folklore and will be presented with his ROM (Register of Merit Award) at the 2010 AKC National Specialty in Orlando FL. This award is the result of siring at least 10 Champion get and Derby accomplished this with very limited use at stud.
